I bring over 20 years of experience leading and developing teams in corporate & startup environments. My passion is to guide leaders through every stage of the business lifecycle to achieve success by tapping into leadership best practices and providing dependable resources and feedback.
Bio
Lara Frankovitch is a Leadership Coach with over 20 years of leadership success in various disciplines. Throughout her career, Lara has worked in industries including tech, software, retail, and business consulting. She has a breadth of experience leading teams in large companies and launching departments for early-stage startups. Lara has also consulted with many tech startups in her areas of expertise, including operations, support, project management, and customer success.
Lara specializes in coaching new leaders and enjoys working with first-time people managers and managers of managers. Drawing from years of experience in leadership development, Lara understands the unique challenges faced by emerging managers. Through personalized coaching sessions, Lara helps clients cultivate self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and effective communication, laying the foundation for exceptional leadership. Her collaborative coaching approach fosters a supportive and nurturing environment, enabling individuals to harness their strengths and address areas for growth.
Lara is an Associate Certified Coach through the ICF and a certified DiSC Practitioner. She also gained certifications in Certified Executive Coach and Certified Career Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching, and Project Management Professional (PMP). Lara completed the Leadership Development program through the Harvard Extension School for Professional Development, and has a BS Degree from Bucknell University in Electrical Engineering.
Lara resides in the beautiful mountains of Colorado with her family and loves to hike and ski.
Background
Led consulting gigs with new clients every 6 months as I worked my way from Associate to Principal Consultant within a few years.
Opened a new 400-person office for a Fortune 100 company within a matter of months.
Successfully launched a Project Management Office where I defined roles, hired / ramped up team members, and implemented operational procedures.
Launched new departments & capabilities - Business Analysis, Data Science, Customer Insights - where I developed people managers & defined strategies.
Hired as local employee #1 and tasked with launching a 3rd office in Denver for a tech startup.

Get To Know Lara
After spending most of my career working as a leader in corporate environments, I transitioned into working for a startup called Greenhouse. I have always been passionate about leading others to succeed in their roles, which finally led me to pursue a new career path of my own as a consultant, advisor, and coach.
I live in Steamboat Springs, Colorado with my family where I continue to build my strengths both professionally and recreationally in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
Among the many outdoor activities I enjoy, I am an avid hiker who has completed an 80 mile section of the Colorado Trail and summited 3 “14ers” (14,000ft peaks in Colorado).
